2011 Region VIII will be accepting Credit Cards or Checks as pre-payment to the Region VIII conference. Credit card "Add to cart"

is a slight fee for using the credit card option. The PayPal fee (3.5% of purchase amount) will show up under "shipping".
During the ordering process you will be asked to enter your zip code so that the "shipping" charges can

- Each cottage generally has 4 cottage rooms (2 upstairs (stair access only) and

access to the cottage rooms and a short exterior walk to the main lodge building are required.

REFUND POLICY:Cancellations must be in writing.
Cancellations received on or before 12-15-10 will receive
a full refund.
A charge of $50 will be made for cancellations received between 12-16-10 and 12-31-10.
